I hold the codes of devotion and true yearning for liberation as a yogi and spiritual seeker, structure and balance as an entrepreneur and business woman, and the healing balm of the sacred feminine as an initiated Priestess and Soul guide for hundreds of women on their path of awakening.

I am also a sister, a friend, a wife and a mother...

It Wasn't Always Easy

 

I have journeyed through the depths of initiation. I am no stranger to the energies of the dark goddess. It was a path of debilitating chronic pain that led me to begin my path of awakening. It was through learning to soften, and just be through it all that I eventually found relief. Through being, feeling and releasing old stories, limiting beliefs and thoughts of self-devaluation supported me to finally heal.  And it was through women's circles, teaching yoga, and safe supportive communities that I finally found my true voice.
